How we phase it
Livable, the whole way.
Phase by Zone
We renovate in zones — upstairs, then downstairs — so you always have a kitchen, a bath and a bedroom that work. Typically 8–16 weeks total.
Systems First
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC go in before finishes, with inspections signed off at every rough-in. No opening finished walls twice.
One Punch List
A single final walkthrough covers every room. Anything less than perfect goes on the list, and the list gets finished before final payment.
Renovation FAQs
Good questions.
Should we move out during a whole-home renovation?
For full-house work we usually recommend it — the project runs 20–30% faster without phasing around daily life. We'll give you an honest recommendation and a phased plan either way.
How do you keep the budget under control?
Fixed line-item estimate, locked allowances with real showroom pricing, and a written change-order process: nothing changes without your signature and a price attached.
Do you do design, or do we bring an architect?
Both work. Our in-house designer handles layouts, finishes and lighting for most projects; for structural additions we partner with licensed architects and engineers.
