The challenge
Sixty square feet doing nothing.
The old bath had a builder-grade tub-shower combo, a single pedestal sink and a door that clipped the toilet. Two adults negotiated it every morning like a subway car.
Our approach: steal twelve inches from an oversized closet, swap the tub for a curbless glass shower, hang a double vanity, and heat the floor. Same footprint — double the function.

Deliverables
What the contract covered.
Wet Zone
Curbless walk-in shower with bonded waterproof membrane, flood-tested before tile. Recessed niche, bench and rain head.
Vanity Wall
Wall-hung double vanity, quartz top, two mirrors with integrated lighting and a recessed medicine cabinet.
Comfort
Heated porcelain floor, whisper-quiet humidity-sensing fan, pocket door — and paint rated for steam, guaranteed.
“Our bathroom went from cramped and dated to the best room in the house. The tile work alone is worth five stars.”
